These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AdNest Studio website and our services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

AdNest Studio provides digital marketing, creative, web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, server & backend and custom software services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Project Engagements

• Each project is governed by its own proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties.
• Payment terms are stated in the proposal. Work may not begin until agreed advance payment is received.
• Client-provided content, assets and approvals are the client's responsibility; delays caused by pending approvals may affect timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom work product (designs, code, content) transfers to the client. AdNest Studio retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Third-party tools and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes. Content created through our services must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill as described in the applicable agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNest Studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or third-party platform changes outside our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, client pays for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
